在病原微生物感染、宿主互作和防控领域开展了多年连续性研究，有成体系的发现。目前主要有4个研究方向：（1）临床重要病原菌的耐药和传播机制；（2）病原菌的致病机理和宿主体内互作机制；（3）肠道微生态对感染性疾病发生发展的调控作用；（4）利用噬菌体、小分子抑制剂等进行靶向干预和转化研究。在Cell Host Microbe, Lancet Microbe, Nat Commun, Nat Microbiol, Trends Microbiol, PLOS Med, ISME J, J Hepatol, Emerg Microbes Infect, Adv Sci, J Antimicrob Chemother, Antimicrob Agents Chemother等权威期刊上发表论文50余篇，ESI高被引3篇，总被引超过1600次，H指数22。

My current research focuses on four major areas: 1. Antimicrobial resistance and transmission mechanisms of clinically important pathogens; 2. Molecular mechanisms of microbial pathogenesis and host-pathogen interactions; 3. The regulatory role of the gut microbiota in the development and progression of infectious diseases; and 4. Translational research on targeted interventions using bacteriophages, small-molecule inhibitors, and other antimicrobial strategies.

I have published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in leading international journals, including Cell Host Microbe, Lancet Microbe, Nat Commun, Nat Microbiol, Trends Microbiol, PLOS Med, ISME J, J Hepatol, Emerg Microbes Infect, Adv Sci, J Antimicrob Chemother, Antimicrob Agents Chemother, etc. My publications include three ESI Highly Cited Papers, with more than 1,600 citations and an H-index of 22.
